As we would like to have all of our 5 children in one place so as to be able to offer them the possibility of learning from us what we can teach them, we would like to move close to Szeged. That’s why we have to sell or let our house and land here in Újlengyel. A few facts about the house and the approx. 1 hectare site around it: From the last house of the village there is a dirtroad that leads to Hernádi Dűlő 8. The U-shaped main building is 240 square meters. One of the entrance doors leads into what we call the big saloon, a 60 m’ room. From there opens the boiler-room – in the house there is floor heating, operated by woodheating. Another door opens into the kitchen, dining-room and living-room area. From the dining-room there is separate access into a larder and a laundryroom. There is another main entrance to the house, on the corridor that leads to the bed- and bathrooms. (At the moment we do not use this etrance.) The rooms: 2 small ones (between them there is a toilet and a shower-room). Also a big room, with access into a big bathroom (with a bath, shower, bidet, toilet, 2 wash basins) The building continues with a storage room und behind it there is a garage. A big shed with gliding doors is connected to the main building. On the site we arranged a basketball ground and a bit farther there is a pool (20X10X1.9) with a water-rotating system free of chemicals. Between these facilities there is a vegetable garden. In the back of the site there is another, similar house, approx. 120 m’ – it is half ready (foundation and brickwalls) Some other relevant data: we have got industrial electric power and 2 drilled wells. The water is led in the house by a hydrophore. It is heated by an electric boiler. For cooking we use a kitchen stove which we heat with wood. If we could we would pick up this site by its 4 corners and place it together with the house 100 km farther off. But as this is impossible (or at least we cannot do it yet), we would like to sell it or let it. In our village there is no self employment trade tax, so settling down is worthwhile for entrepreneurs. We have also got a 63-hectare piece of land that has been chemicalfree for 15 years. The biggest part – 35 hectares - is ploughland, a further 13 hectares woodland, and 15 hectares meadow. We would like to let or to sell these pieces of land either together with the site or separately.
